Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@joymakerstore.com with photos of the issue.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
